James Keltner, a UF graduate with a master’s degree in international business, brings deep hospitality experience from his family’s 75+ years in the hotel industry (Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort). His focus is on strategic pricing and marketing in today’s competitive vacation rental landscape.

Zach Seltzer

CO-OWNER

Zack Seltzer is a co-founder of Coastal Vacation Rentals, a locally owned company serving Panama City Beach and Florida’s Emerald Coast. He focuses on maximizing revenue, protecting assets, and creating a seamless experience for both owners and guests.

With a background in real estate and property management, Zack understands the investor mindset and works closely with owners to optimize pricing and improve returns while maintaining long-term value. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida and became a licensed broker in 2018.

Outside of work, he enjoys offshore fishing, golf, and spending time with family.

Catherine Seltzer Mitchell

ACCOUNTING & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Catherine Mitchell is the Accounting and Operations Manager at Seltzer Real Estate, bringing a strong background in banking and nonprofit finance. Originally from Panama City, she worked in Atlanta and New York before spending nearly a decade overseas, where she expanded her experience in accounting and operations.

She now works alongside her brother, Zack, overseeing financial management and operations to support long-term growth and client service. Catherine holds a Finance degree from the University of Florida and an MBA from Emory University, and enjoys spending time on the water with family and friends.
