Minimum stay at all houses is two nights plus cleaning fee
Cleaning fee will be $50-$150 based on the number of people

We collect 1% Oregon State Lodging Tax for all houses
For houses within the Bandon city limits we also collect 6% for Bandon's Transient Occupancy tax

We charge $20 per reservation for one dog
$30 per reservation for 2 dogs
