Roll-a-way bed is available for all homes


Minimum stay in winter at all houses is two nights plus cleaning fee
Minimum stay in summer at all houses is three nights plus cleaning fee
Cleaning fee will be $50-$225 based on the number of people

We collect 1% Oregon State Lodging Tax for all houses
For houses within the Bandon city limits we also collect 6% for Bandon's Transient Occupancy tax

We charge $20 per reservation for one dog
$30 per reservation for 2 dogs

10% discount for weekly stay.
20% discount for a stay of 20 days or more.
