About Our Policies and other information     We provide:   Fully furnished homes for your comfort Fully furnished kitchens Linens supplied - towels, sheets, etc Phones - You must use 800 number and calling card number for long distance Start-up supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap Laundry soap for houses with washer and dryer We are available to fix anything within the house. We can suggest things for you to do and places to eat, etc. We want to help you in any way we can!   NOTE: All rentals will be charged a 1% Oregon State Lodging Tax Those choosing a rental within the Bandon City Limits will be charged an additional 6% Bandon Occupancy Tax.  You will find a book in your vacation rental that will tell you:   1. How to operate appliances    2. Any rules for the home you are staying in    3. Activities in Bandon and the surrounding areas  About our weather:       The coast is beautiful all year. Bandon is known as the Storm-Watch capitol of the world because of our beautiful winter storms. During the summer we are a retreat from the heat of inland areas.       When you come, please remember our weather. During the warmer months, you will probably  want a sweater, sweat shirt or jacket, particularly in the mornings and evenings. Rain is a possibility any time of the year, though it is most likely to occur in the winter months. We have colder weather in the winter months, but we rarely have snow or get much below freezing. Though we can have winds any time of year, November and December may bring strong, cold winds, so come prepared.  The Paper work: Refundable deposit holds a reservation  (Check or Money Order - No Credit Cards)     $200 for under two weeks      $300 for multi-unit homes or a stay of over 2 weeks To confirm a reservation, we send out:      A letter of confirmation      A rental agreement      An invoice  You return:      Signed rental agreement      Deposit  The balance of the fee for your stay is due 30 days before you arrive.  We accept personal and certified checks, but not credit cards. A reminder will be sent to you about 6 weeks before your check in date. If you provide us with your email address, we will remind you using email rather than snail mail. Your reminder will provide you with the phone umber at the home and directions to the home.  Cancellation policy: If you must cancel, you must call or email us at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival (the same time your invoice is due in full). If you cannot meet this requirement, you will forfeit your deposit. Of course we will consider unexpected circumstances. Thank you for respecting this policy! Your deposit will be refunded after we determine that the home has been left in good condition. We will deduct from your deposit any  charges for damage or for unusual cleaning requirements.     RVs and Large Vehicles: Many of our homes do not have adequate parking to handle Recreation Vehicles or other large vehicles. In addition, Bandon regulations do not allow use of RVs in a residential zone. If you will be bringing a large vehicle or RV, please check with us.

We collect 1% Oregon State Lodging Tax for all houses
For houses within the Bandon city limits we also collect 6% for Bandon's Transient Occupancy tax

We charge $20 per reservation for one dog
$30 per reservation for 2 dogs
